About the event

We are delighted to announce our second annual spring school in London. We will be joined by Dickon Tyrrell, a veteran of the stages of the Globe Theatre, where he is also a faculty member. He is an associate artist at LAMDA, and is a regular course director at schools including LAMDA, East 15, and the Globe’s education programme. His recent stage credits at the Globe include Macbeth, Bartholomew Fair, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Twelfth Night.


Rather than focusing on a single play, we have chosen to theme the spring school more broadly around Shakespearean comedy and tragedy, and the tools which both genres offer. We will be building the workshops mostly around Twelfth Night and Macbeth, though participants will be welcome to apply their knowledge of other plays as well.
